Looks for a file in the RUU that ends in .nbh and that is the one that you shoudl rename to RAPHIMG.nbh then put it in the root of your FAT32 formatted non-HC microSD card and enter bootloader. It will come up and ask if you want to use the OC image, hit the power button to start the flash, when it is finished, insert your stylus into the reset port and boot into your spanky new ROM.

When it says USB, just run your utility to flash your rom. Don't worry about what async is doing. When done flashing, disconnect your device, it will reboot and configure the device. when it's done, then you can reconnect to your pc so that async will run and load your contacts and such. Hope this helps.

Have you unlocked your phone?

If not take a look here:

Make sure your are renaming the correct file. Rename the custom ROM NBH file from RUU_Signed.nbh to RAPHIMG.nbh

Thanks Ray, this was the info I was looking for.. I'm just a little gun-shy to run the .exe before I know it's OK to do so. I just finished flashing KKs Loaded on my phone, and so far I'm loving it. Many thanks!
