Thanks raybudd... one question.. when it changes to USB, is it supposed to be sync'ing at this point? When I go from serial to USB, it attempts to connect in ActiveSync, but I get a popup saying it failed to connect to the device. Is this OK? Can I run the RomUpdateUtility.exe anyway? Appreciate you taking the time to answer my thread.
