If you were trying to add cities, there is a problem.

Try using HTC Weather Master 2.0 Rhodium (beta) located here -

not tyring to add city just get the weather it doesnt even let choose a city it crashs

Before starting make sure that you have TF3D turned off and do a soft reset.
-Delete the My device/Application Data/HTC/databases/forecast_cache.db file BEFORE you use the weather tab. If you still have a problem with weather then use the file "2330fc3c_manila.zip" below to overwrite the manila file in the windows directory using Total Commander.
-Now go into settings and turn on TF3D.
