no thats from the hd manila, in the settings tab it lets u reorder your tabs instantly

*17 Mar 09* UPD 17: SSK 1.6 Beta testers needed! CE OS 21028 build 21028 with Kitchen core updates

WARNING: THIS IS A BETA TEST. THIS IS NOT A PRODUCTION ROM!
One of the known issues at this time is the storage card shows up as internal storage like the diakmond. Data is still accessible. Please provide any other feedback that you find.


This is a beta offering for SSK 1.6. I have made significant enhancements to the kitchens core by updating all the OEM's to the latest versions. I added a couple new OEM's and removed the today theme OEM's. I have a new way of doing the Themes but its not present in this beta release. Also missing are start up animations. I also expect the The Sym Key on VZW keyb not to work right. VZW users will have to turn on Manila in the control panel.

I could not test UC AutoRun so i will need some feedback on that. The stability is not much of a concern at this time. I have been running this ROM's cousin on my Diamond for a while and its pretty smooth. I think I have the right combo for the Touch Pro, both Verizon and Non Verizon to make this a speedy for all devices.

The page pool is 10 Megs
The CE OS is 21028 / 21028 Build 1.6.0

Please report any feedback in the thread.

***Note 1 - The first question that will be asked is "Should I upgrade from SSK 1.5REvx... The answer is no. Not at this time. I need beta testers to confirm long term stability. Although I am confident it will make the grade I would prefer that those who are squeamish from flashing refrain from flashing this one solely for the reason I would like more input before I call it stable.

***Note 2 - I opted to hold off on the TP2 and Diamond2 enhancement OEM's at this time. I didi include the new notification manager for those interested in it.



Some fixes should include Sprint carrier fix. No more dead links. PRL stuff works in control panel properly.

VZW carrier is the same one I used before so I dont anticipate any problems. All other carriers are unknown as my carrier files have changed. As always if you are on a carrier not listed then

Is the "Internal Storage" issue going to be fixed as soon as you get home? i don't really want to make the "temporary change" if it's going to be corrected soon.
Can someone point me to the main link for the following apps, I like to know what I am installing before I do it, or give me info about them
