You might find more help in a GSM thread, especially one dedicated to the Diamond.

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=66

That may be your best starting point.

GUYS! there is no 5gb cap on the data plan! I have confirmed this with several VZW reps including a manager. The cap is if you pay for THEIR service to use the phone as a modem, and also applies to Aircards. But they were very specific when they told me that IF I somehow reached 5gb using data on the phone (remember, with ICS they dont know), there was no cap and no addt'l charge!

Call them and see!

I can confirm this as well. I had an air card prior to getting the TP.

Wrong, I use UC and the whole point of it is to put the cabs for autoinstall on the SD card. Where else could you possibly put the files?

I think you may be a bit confused. The cabs are located on the SD, but when you launch the sdconfig.txt, the apps are actually installed on the device not the SD.

I'm assuming your are making an sdconfig.txt right?

I misunderstood, I meant no disrespect in my reply. Make more sense now. Sorry oldman just didn't want people thinking that you couldnt install from the sd card with UC. Also don't want to set an angry tone in the thread. Checking out sashimi right now actually.

Hey guys,

Does anyone have a link to the HTC Animated Black theme? I've flashed the R4R theme, and while it's very nice, I would like to experiment with the other themes. The transparent bottom row conflicts with the programs and settings menus (can see through the buttons) and it starts to trigger my OCD instincts after a while..

I searched this thread, and found a post but the links didn't seem to be active. -->

I haven't used any of the 6.5 build but I have used all of the others and in my opinion 21015 is the fastest of them all.

Get Weather Master then you never have to worry about it....It has a complete list, and you can save your favorites, then just restore them if you flash and lose them in TF3D

While that is a very good weather database editor... i think he was just trying to get the US city list back... weather master has the same issue as the defualt black animated... it's the entire world list, and a rather incomplete US one.

i may be mistaken however.

UPDATE #14.75: I have zipped and begun uploading Rev C2 now. I will test once all is uploade and then post the links on my site. I also have a new CE OS to introduce bringing the kitchen to a total of EIGHT to choose from ;c) There is a new ROM based on the CE OS as well. See the rest of this post and post 3 and 4 for more details!

The new site is up as well. Thanks to fattooth and juicytec for the graphic help!

I think you're mistaken because, it even had my little town "Little Falls" in it. I have also found other cities that surprised me. I know he was just trying to use Scott's list, but by being able to "restore" cities without reloading them is nice. You might be thinking of the "Weather Database Editor"...I don't think that list is as complete as Weather Master

Re: *20 Feb* UPD 14: See OP! - SSK 1.5M *7* OS Kitchen incl WM6.5 Build 21159 Beta RO

For those who use UC or any other method of installing cabs, the major problem is when the app uses a PC installer and it erases the cab file after it finishes the install.

DigitalAttic found this site for me that will solve most of those problems
http://blogs.technet.com/vik/archive...r-sd-card.aspx

I've copied the revelent part below:

The trickier installation routines delete the CAB file after the installation, however the only way to install a program is through a .cab (or to copy an .exe) so every installer has to leave the .cab file on your harddrive for a small portion of time. For those installers here are the steps to getting the files:
  1. Connect your device
  2. Run the install for the program, click the appropriate yes's until,
  3. The Activesync message box for "install to default location" comes up--at this point don't click anything, let it sit
  4. Use the windows search or find feature(depending on what version of windows you are using) and search your local drives (including hidden and system folders) for *.cab it helps if you have an idea what the file name might be, or the date of the file, or what the temporary subdirectory it might be placed in is called, regardless that search will list all of the .cab files on your machine at that time.
  5. Copy and paste the .cab to your favorite storage location.
