Same here. Lots of errors building the ROM. .NET and other files already existing when it's processing the selections. I went back and selected different options several times trying to isolate it but everytime I did there was somthing else that poped up.

I tried a hard reset but I was still having trouble... changed XIP to 21015 rebuilt and I'm running with more memory, and no issues, so I'm content.

Exclamation No Volume Control During a Call

Hi guys, I recently just flashed a cooked ROM using sys 21042 and Scott's 1.6 Rev A Kitchen and what I notice is that I can't lower or raise the volume during a phone call. Anyone else heard of this, if so is there a fix for it?

Also when you end a call, the phone just hangs and totally freezes while ending the call, starts moving very slowly.

I flashed the ROM on a brand new Verizon Touch Pro, new like I had not even used it yet.

Thanks in advance.

Re: 4 APR 09 - UPD 23: SSK 1.6 Rev A - 12 OS'es to cook with, 9 Bonus ROM's!!!

I give up. I've spent too many hours wading through the HUGE and FANTASTIC forums trying to find basic info cause I am a NOOB. So a pile of questions:

1. I flashed 21028 Loaded last night onto my Verizon phone. I am capable of building my own roms in the kitchen, but it's just easier to wait for Scott to be smarter than me. I mentioned that I was having problems when I slid the keyboard out.

2. I have narrowed the problems down to (Noob part #1) the shiny slider-bar interface that replaced my home screen. What is this called (Manilla? TFTD? Rhodum? Help!) If I open a "traditional" WM6 application (messaging, w/e) the orientation is correct.

3. The suggestion was posed that "Flip It" was causing my grief. What does this application do?

Thanks for your patience - I wish there was just a TP Faq somewhere...

I'm having the same keyboard issue with 21028 and I did not include Flip It. When I slide the keyboard out on the home screen it doesn't go into landscape mode, and when I slide the slider bar it won't open the tab that I slide it to. Everything else except Manila works in landscape mode.
