I started today trying to work with UC for the first time. I successfully got it to install a slew of apps, and set up my email as well, which is awesome. When it comes to the tweaks though, its getting pretty confusing for me. For instance, I'm trying to have the start menu enlarged automatically as well as have shortcuts in the start menu too. Now my question is, do I have to export/delete the original shortcuts first before I implement with the xml file the new ones I want? if so, how rough is that?

And here i thought it was going to be something like.. how do get my email settings in UC. I'm changing my original statement from a yep to a resounding NOPE. You've already gone farther than I need to with UC.

**EDIT** have you checked out ceregedit yet? I know you can create your own cabs and do it that way.

installing a NEW application after the flash makes the newly installed icons blink like crazy in Start... Programs

Scott, I have a couple questions that I just can't seem to find an answer to. They are like 10 second questions, and most likely 10 second answers. This can be done at your convenience.
