Hey Scott, if you have the time, can I get that original manila cab we spoke about earlier please? The HTC all black manila cab?

That should get rid of the whote box if I dont install the background4all afterwards correct?

How do I add my own programs into the rom? So after I cook it I wont have to add the cabs everytime I do a fresh install.

you can add software in two different ways.

one is by using the UC function built into the ROM (a simple search either on ppc or xda should get you the right info) or you can create OEMs of you programs and add them to the kitchen 9the same search method should find something to explain it in more detail).

One more Q though.

R4R and VZNAV? I see the b2b rom has drivers, no mention in the R4R.

Cool, glad you got it working!

VZ Nav drivers posted on the front page post #4 will work on any SSK 1.5 build. I didint make the driver pack until after the first revision and hence where not availble when R4R was built.

Question:

I'm currently running CE OS 21109 and have a minor tweak question

When a calendar event displays, there are options to "snooze" them for varying periods of time (5, 10, 15 minutes, 1 hour & 1 day)

Does anyone know the registry key to change these values?

Thanks

Sorr I never use the calendar. Cant help.

You need to use OEM'izer. There are many threads on its usage. Search for OEMizer and you will find what you need.

Hey guys. Hopefully someone can give me some advice. I tried many different ROM but the SSK with the 21015 build has the best battery life out there so far, that I know of. My question is this. Since there are so many other kitchens that have more app add-ons, can i use the sys and rom folders and throw them into one of the other kitchens? Or are there more factors than that when concerning battery life?

In everyone else's experience, whihc build from Scott has had the best battery life for you?

Battery life varies for me. As far as implanting my SYS and ROM files to another kitchen. Not recomended. My kitchen doesnt follow all other kitchens. Each is a little differnt. OEM's can be carried in usually without any problems though. I would carrier the OEM's over.

I posted it to post #4 with the other cabs. Check it out. SHould send you back to "factory defaults"

If you have any tabs disabled using TF3D then enable them before you install this. Then make sure TF3D is shut off in Today screen settings. Soft reset. install cab. Its zipped so you will have to until it before it can be installed of course. It will take a while to install.
I did not have time to test it but it "should" fix your issue. Give it a try. Let us know how it works.

just wondering Scott what is happening with a new rom. Are you brewing something in your head that will captivate our minds. Or taking a break and watching episodes of desperate housewives Thats cool jk. Just wanted to know cus the twitching is bothering me and only your rom can fix it

Thanks so much. Im going to do it right now, I'll let you know what happens. Also, I disabled the powermanagement in the registry as instructed
here. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...nhancement+cab.

We'll see if that enhances the already great battery life you have on this thus far.
