nope, just the .nbh file, I'm so confused by the "serial" message you get, you're not connected to the computer when trying this are you? (serial vs. usb) or is it a serial number problem, or what....

you see serial because the phone does not see the SD card because its either HC or its not formatted proplery.

dont tell me what you did to get there. I will ask the questions I need to know... Sometimes too much info is bad and irrelevant.

its in all builds, trust me. Just not labled the same depending on who ported / hacked / jacked the SYS files.....

task manager

what doesnt work about VZNav? What SYS Build. I noted I couldnt get VZ Nav to work on 21015. Thats the only build it doesnt work on.

so i can't seem to find the contact manager that was installed before. im looking for the one that hadthe letters down the side, similar to the iphone?

It should look like that until you are synchged. Thats the default screen.
