thanks scott, i tested it back at 1.2, and my contacts wouldn't load there either. i'm restarting my computer adn soft reset. i'll let you know.

I put my code in and changed my ringtone. Rather than hitting 'ok' I went to another tab and just hit end. For some reason all my changes stuck!

Ok, let me try that...

Nope, my voicemail code (*86p****) sticks but the ringtone doesn't and switching to another tab and hitting 'OK' just takes me back to the Phone Tab. I'm gonna hard reset again and see what happens.

Just double checked and both my voicemail code and my ringtone change stuck. Even tried calling my voicemail and it went thru. Then used another phone to call my cell and the different ringtone was what played.
