I have a 8 GB Class 6 SDHC that I bought from Newegg for less than $20 shipped

I believe I have the same one....my backup goes fairly quick...probably less than 2 minutes total.

Ok so I have a text messaging bug, and I believe this was mentioned in the previous 1.1 thread but I dunno if it got fixed or not.

When i send a text to someone, they get two copies of it instead of one. in addition, if i sent them a text earlier as well, they receive a copy of that in addition to the new one i just sent.

For example:
I send one text at 12pm, recipient receives two copies.
I send another text at 5pm, they receive two copies plus a copy of the text I sent at 12pm.
I send another text at 9pm, they receive two copies plus copies of the texts i sent at 5pm and 12pm.

Any ideas? did not happen on stock VZW rom. really weird. and annoying.

EDIT: so i just checked the outbox in the SMS folder, and all the messages are in there and they all have the same time stamp. weird as hell! help!!!

EDIT 2: Also, when i click on the sent folder, the folder does not load up. instead it is a mosaic of different screens, like my inbox and what not.

EDIT 3: I think i will try hard reset and report back.

Delete them out of there and it will stop sending them multiple times. Not sure if this is a problem with the ROM or the network. I have had this happen before and it went away on its own.

yea i can do that but i really dont want to have to do that everytime i sent a text ya know? its very annoying. thanks though.

Bought my card in December when I got my phone. Its a 8gig Kingston Class 4. I never really noticed any slowness but to be honest everything on the card has come from me copying from a PC using ActiveSync (tom tom maps, movies, cabs, etc...). Anyway, not really an issue now that I know how to do it in a reasonable time frame. I think if I had to wait 7 hours to flash SSK 1.2 my head would have exploded!
