If you are not getting that prompt, go to Start -> Settings -> Connections -> USB to PC - There is a check box there to ask each time. If it's not checked, it will generally revert to whatever your last selection was.

This is exactly why I am disappointed Mike pulled out the soft keyboard from this ROM. The reason I first chose a MightyMike ROM as my first custom flash is it seemed like one of the most tested ROMs with everything it needs to be functional out of the box and feel mostly like a stock phone (i.e. TF3D), but without getting weighed down with someone elses idea of a huge package of random cabs or experimental software (i.e. TF3D2). Ever since he made a lite version of MR5 I have been getting nervous. The more things that get left off, lower the percentage of the total phone setup that has been through Mike's personal testing. I know he said "you can install whatever SIP you want" but with my luck (or yours) I'd install that one version that breaks something. The amount of stuff included in 5-8 and 5-24 was perfect for me. I hope the next release works out better. Still on 5-24...

He posted all the different cabs u might need http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...87&postcount=6
also he puts out a lite and regular version..
only thing missing, was the keyboard,
he left for us to decide... I choose juicy47 western keyboard,...
I use the regular version, cause I prefer the TF3D, and the misc apps I want.. voice recorder, ms voice command, little things like that...

The one thing that I did like on EnergyROM was that Pandora works perfect where songs are not cut off.

Mike, is there anyway for me to tweak anything so that songs dont' get cut off? With this new build 21731 of your ROM, Pandora now connects fine and plays the songs fine, but in the middle of each song it says "connecting" and switches to a new song.

Any thoughts on anything I can try?

Thanks,

well what is pandora? and how do u get it? and are u talking bout with the mp3 player

Re: [ ROM ] [ CDMA ] [ HERMAN ] [ 06.09.09 ] [ Windows® Build 21731 ] MightyROM5

I've been a fan of Mighty's for quite some time, and don't really post a lot, because most things I can pretty much figure out by searching... lol...

This actually isn't a problem at all; rather, a commendation on the ROM. I was skeptical of MR5, and was with 4/R3Born for stability's sake. Then, I went ahead and flashed MR5 (06.09.09), and decided to ditch TF3D for all of the rave reviews SPB Mobile Shell 3 is getting.

I'm telling you what.... with the current MR5 and SPB MS3 combo I'm working with, the phone has never been faster, more customizable (UI), stabler. And all of the apps that I used to have to reinstall flash after flash to "tweak" TF3D are gone.

If you've not given the SPB MS3 a go with this ROM, do yourself a favor and try it. I think it seriously kicks any version (1.0 or 2.0) of TF3D in terms of speed (I've actually more free RAM without TF3D, with SPB MS3), ease of use, stability, customizability.... and the interface is just so freakin' cool....

It's been said that WinMo6.5 is not supported by SPB MS3, but on Mighty's MR5, it works a treat. I don't know that I actually find the "need" to flash week after week like I used to.

And I'm not sure what he did in this MR5 release, but I, like others, "used to" have the video bug (CorePlayer, especially) where the video output was jumpy. Now, my video output is crystal clear and smooth as a bug, even for TV-Out quality (higher bitrate and resolution) videos.

Kudos to you, Mike. You have a great service for all of your wonderful support.

One thing I notice on the tf3d the program tab is no longer, it just dissapeared .. anyways of getting it back.

Once again thank you for such a great rom
