Ok, I have Total Commander as a regedit program (it was all I could find that would actually work on my phone...??) Unfortunately (and yes, I am very new to this) I am lost after that. I don't know where to go with the info you've given me. But yes, Opera is exactly what I'd like to use as default.

im the guy with no 3g speed on my touch. i took to sprint today and im getting a new one thank god. because i cant live with 3g speeds or m5 any more. i just want to thank every one that try to help me and i just hope the next pro doesnt let me down.

just type opera:config in your address bar in opera, press enter, now scroll down to install click it. then check the box next to browser first time launch or something like that and hit save.... then exit opera and open it back up, now it should be your default.
