Hey man...nice to see you finally got it flashed. I just want to make sure you did it right, so can you go here and let me know what it says for Rom version and radio version. Click on start-settings-system tab- device info. Also, let me know what programs and customizations you have installed so I can narrow down your lag problem.

It might have a performance hit because it was not tweaked by mighty. ha

You might want to disable tf3d before you install. Not sure if that's neccessary, but it's easy enough, to be on the safe side.

it says mightyrom 4.16 and radio 1.11.00f

so yea im pretty sure I did it right!

I have the weather update, and some games on a storage card, and sprint nav, and a few other things I think. And I always install to the sd card lol... I wonder if that actuley slows the phone down... I dont know what do you think razor?

I have better performance installing programs to the device instead of storage card, except for games. Did you do a hard reset after you flashed Mighty's Rom. To do that you click on start-settings-system tab-clear storage, enter 1234 then hit Yes. Doing a hard reset is very important after flashing a rom. It usually fixes many various glitches or problems you may have. A hard reset will erase everything on your phone though. It won't erase the microsd card. By the way...I'm pretty sure there's no overclocker. Do you have a battery meter program called vistahidebatterygauge?

and as for the hard reset.. I think I did that... everything was erased so it should have been done right?

The reason I asked about that battery meter program is because it's known to cause the keyboard lag.
Did you actually open the clear storage program and type the 1234?.

well I could do it again... I can just use pim backup and it will put it just like how I have my phone set up now right?

PIM backup only backs up personal information like contacts, calendar, tasks, text messages, email...
