NueGPSSecurity is just a small DLL that incoming SMS messages are filtered through. It is a much better and simpler implementation of a GPS locater, without needing ANOTHER background process.

Does SmartPhoneTracker need to be running in the background all the time ?

Just thought abt it - otherwise how would it run ?

I don't have Mighty ROM installed right now, but in other ROMs I've tried the comm manager tab doesn't have all the options in the comm manager accessed through the start menu.

I just flashed for the first time using UC, that thing is freaking awesome.

The only glitch I had is that the XML I set up for my mail2web settings wasn't imported at all.

I know... I am using simple installs, but would love to graduate to XML and advance config

I haven't tried the online tracker yet...

FYI for other folks: Yes, nueGPSSecurity is donationware, but you only need to donate *IF* you want the online tracker to work. The GPS locating and alarm via SMS commands works *great*.
