in other 6.5 builds, I would press the start button and sometimes it just wouldn't open. Other time I would press it and only see the today screen button. I would have to soft reset. This would happen with no programs installed as well if I ran it for a day or so.

I can't speak for other ROMs out there, although I have never experienced that on my ROMs.

Nor have i ever seen users complain about it.
