So does this corner clock display alarm info? Looks kinda cool, but would like to have alarm info on screen. In one of the images there is an analog clock with date on it and alarm info off the the side, which I kinda liked. Any idea on where and how to get that one running? --housinit |

I can understand if the whole landscape thing gets missed on these pages. But the fact that it is clearly discussed on the first page where you download the ROM does make the repeated questions about it problematic. Makes you wonder if the next solution if for Kevin to put up a splash screen duration the phone's customization with the landscape warning. I'm just joking!! |

Has anyone tried Oops I'm late? http://www.oopsimlate.com/
It uses your appointment entries in your calendar and GPS to notify who you are meeting with to let them know you'll be late. There is a free ad supported version. Am wondering how intrusive the ads are. Seems like it would be a useful app. |

Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]
Perhaps, perhaps not. The way the app supposedly works is that when you are heading off for your appointment you open the app, select the contacts you want to notify from the appointment attendees, and then it uses GPS to determine where you are in relation to where you are heading. So it's not running constantly, only when you want it to.
I see using something like this very selectively, on a limited basis - perhaps the occasional work meeting, or more likely for dates. Might score some brownie points for "being considerate" in saying you're running late! ![]() |
