Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]

KK use the new Rhodium Finger menu! It is soooo much more responsive and smooth. It's also easier to navigate!

KK, I love your ROM, thanks much for it.

Is there an easy way to uninstall/disable fingermenu? I would like to give the official HTC equivalent a go: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=491457

just had a duh moment, I perhaps just missed it but I did not see fingermenu under remove programs, so I simply deleted the shortcut from startup. Then installed the Rhodium equivalent and I surely do add my vote for the Rhodium software, I like it a fair bit better.

Has anyone yet used WorldCard Mobile, the business card scanning app? I tried it tonight and couldn't get it to work. It loads find but I can't seem to activate it. When I press the center button (D pad) to activate the frame nothing happens.

I tired taking a pic of the card with the camera which worked fine, but then there's no way to then access the photo in WorldCard. Am I missing something?

I was just trying to use it myself. It appears to be broken. I will attempt to fix it in the next release.

Thanks. For a while I thought I just didn't understand the operation of the app.

Has anyone with 1.8 had issues with SPB backup? First I noticed that the drop downs in the programs are kinda wonky with this ROM, then I noticed an issue with the backups themselves. There are quite a few files that it can't backup, I can post them from the error log it hat helps. I never had this problem with other ROMs so I'm curious what might be different with this one.

I agree the official HTC menu is better than Finger Menu. I removed the shortcut from the startup folder, but I'd like to uninstall for now. To be honest there's a decent amount of apps built into the ROM that I wouldn't mind uninstalling because I never use them, but they're not in the list of programs to remove. Oh well.

The only problem I had with SPB Backup 2.0 and my TP is that is I did not disable TF3D from the Today menu options before backing up or restoring [as well as going into airplane mode] then I would get goofy errors or my TP would freeze. Try doing it again and stopping all running programs first, disabling TF3D and going into airplane mode. See if that helps.
