Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]

I got a question also about the dci battery meter. I think its cool but I dont really need it since I have the percentage battery icon on there anyways. Will removing it change any of your battery settings KK?

No. It is installed as a cab so you can easily remove it via the Settings --> Remove programs app.

Broken shortcut. Don't worry about. To activate the Action Screen use the left softkey when on the TF3D home page.

Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]

I changed my clock with the original Sprint clock cuz I really like that one. Not sure if this is related, but it seems that when i rest the device, before it usually says "launching tf3d" , the device hangs for a good 2 minutes or so. Is there anyway I can have it start up faster?

Oh yeah, I reflashed and noticed that because of the Sprint clock is why I am getting the white box in the left hand corner. Probably because of the background4all app. Can I turn that off anywhere?

Re: [3-9-09] KK's Loaded ROM v1.8 Sprint and Others [OS 5.2.21015 Build 21015] [UC]

Ok. Last night I upgraded my radio to Sprint v1.11F. So far I am noticing quite a difference in battery duration. My phone was fully charged about 1 pm. I unplugged it soon after and it is now at 91% almost 5 hours later. Granted I've not done much with the phone except for looking at a couple emails and weather and stocks updates. I have gmail set for 30 min intervals.

Prior to the radio update I might have been closer to 80% or less by now. Another impressive fact is that before, I would see the percentage drop even as I looked at it, kinda like a count down clock. Now it holds steady. It stayed at 92% for what seemed like a long time while the phone was dormant.

So, the combination of the upgraded radio and the tweaks embedded in Kevin's ROM looks extremely promising. Now if only I could solve the thread message issue I would be very contented.

Thanks again to all.

what thread message issue?...the one where it stays bold and you have to open the message a bunch of times for it to look like a read message?....that is fixed in 1.8...at least for me it is
