Try going to Settings, Today and disable TF3D. Then use the Master Weather to edit the database. The database cannot be edited with TF3D active, the sql errors state that the database is "full or write protected" when TF3D is active.

I was getting the errors also, but it works fine if TF3D is disabled.

EDIT: It seems that after doing this process once, Weather Master works with TF3D disabled or enabled.
EDIT EDIT: I think that after a soft reset you might have to go thru the process once again in order to edit the database, haven't had a chance to confirm this yet since the database is taking like 10 minutes to load up now. Wondering if it's corrupt now from editing it with TF3D enabled.

You can create a shortcut using Total Commander if you don't want to wait for it to be fixed in 1.8. You probably already know how to do this, or have done it already.

Haven't seen this discussed before, but I may have missed it.

When doing a hard reset, or on the first boot up for that matter, when it is running through the customizations and the green progress bar gets near complete:

Does you progress bar flash light blue and green for a couple min?



After it does this, it does reboots successfully though. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

vers 1.7 first day went ok battery ran faster than 1.6 and prior. So i installed diamond tweaks .5.3? cab that is an addon for most of these roms. Today my battery drained a full charge sitting idle for the morning. This didn't even happen on stock rom. I had no apps left open.

Anyone else get this problem with battery on 1.7?

p.s. i had no other apps etc installed. and did hard reset after flash.
sorry thats not completely true. i had the navigation/picturemail sprint apps installed. didn't install TV yet.

Besides the known issues... I am still having a problem with pipes, is anyone else having a problem with this thing, its like you can only make a move a every few seconds, and the timer stops then resumes where it should be, then your able to move... wierd

I really do not know what to say, I love this ROM, it has changed my life, seriously. I do not really need all the apps and pay stuff, but it is fun trying all the stuff out but just the phone itself, it works so well, exactly like you would want it to.

True story :I had know idea what anybody was talking about with no landscape, I have always just slid the board out when I need to type, do not like navigating in landscape.

But really, this is just great, thank you thank you thank you so much and if I had any money I would share a little tiny piece with you.

I'm the same way.


The stock tf3d does have landscape and it got a lot of crap that it only displayed a couple shortcuts in landscape. A lot of people didn't like this, especially the early reviewers of the videos I watched. To me, a lot of thinking was behind this: when the keyboard is out, you probably need to type right? So the gave us a list of shortcuts that directly involved typing. This would be the only thing I'd like. Full landscape tf3d is worthless in my mind.

Anyways, it's gonna be a moot point when the tf3d from the tp2 gets ported, but honestly I'd rather just have had a couple of big icon shortcuts anyways.
