I don't seem to find the following "Updated" packages:

Google Location Service (v1.0.1.15)
HTC Geo Service (v1.0.1919.2827.00)

The updates look like they come from the latest LEO dump

for some reason when i add showcase to the rom the screen freezes whenever i close the messaging window any one having luck with showcase? i prefer it rather than htc task man. because it keeps the menu interaction on the bottom.

or are aware, but Sportsnut app works correctly with this build whereas it didnt work for the last 2 weeks of updates.

most of us dont use it on wm 6.5.1 for that exact reason

this is a known bug with showcase and 6.5.1 builds. gonna have to wait for an update for showcase if you want that bug to stop happening.

on another note im trying to build a clean 23060 rom, i dont have manila chosen, yet some how im still geting the htc date picker when trying to create an appointment, any one know how to disable it?

so i see Showcase was taken out. I assume because it was determined buggy? So we are now back to task manager not closing programs with "x" button. Is this correct?

go into settings and set task manager to close on tapping the X button. you can set it to press and hold too.

Cal - I have a Vzw TP and noticed that if you set Opera to save cache to storage card it gets rid of the out of memory errors you get on a VZW TP when browsing...

Is there a reg entry in your opera package I can tweak to set that by default?

I only know how to do it by launching opera and then browsing to opera:config and changing the directory4 settings to point to storage_card\opera\cache

If it helps a gimped TP maybe it would also help oither users to have that as default.
