Now in my case when I reset it doesn't happen again, I can adjust the volume just fine. Its a random thing I guess but once I reset it completely goes away and I can adjust it just fine.

Well after a hard reset and before doing anything to the phone I enabled the data connection then connected with active sync via usb and it killed the connection

What problem are you having, no issues with outlook yet.

wont sync at all, says error sync'ing....and i was dead set on keeping this rom too. but anyways i depend heavily on outlook for my contacts and push email(being as though im a college student) so i had to flash to something else until i found out what to do. all my settings were correct. i just kept getting the same error. Im confused as to whats causing it.

EDIT: forgot to mention that Im runnin your 6.5 beta, should i try 4.1?

I sort of remember several people saying they had issues with 6.5 and push email. I'd try the 4.1 and see how that works.

As the Doc stated there is currently no hope for push email on wm6.5 until we get a official dump from a stable build, and hart transplant will also not work because none of the builds have it working properly so far.
