Followed your directions to a T "except again you have a file listed that is not uninstallable" and tried installing a new toolbar only to get a portion of it and the rest is the your default? Uninstall Wei Enterproses nuePower Driver
uninstall HTCLeeners Taskbar
uninstall FInixNOver FInix_VGA
then reset your phone

Oh and as another note my rom has my own custom toolbar made from different parts of icons not once as whole, if you dont like, then go to the other roms you enjoy. thanks

Not sure what red lined broken buttons your talking about, and there is no problem with any ## codes, which rom are you using.

There are three icons that appear in call that are outlined in red due to the fact they do not work and do not even belong there we have no video call non of that ITS GSM based

And I did with the first flash have a ## issue that was solved with a soft reset,
