Guess I should have asked, what is the page pool on this rom?

my mobiler is not included, I used that take the screenshots.

My words is always included in every rom, it just depends on if you view it in your windows folder.

I cant really help you on removing those. Unless you wnat to try and cook your own rom.

Pagepool is 16 mb on this rom.

I extracted the file and noticed you included page pool changer in the package. I was under the impression that wouldn't work to change the page pool, and that I had to use a hex editor. Does it work? If so, it would be much easier than using the hex method.

It does work with this rom. I have hex edit certain things before hand so that you can use the page pool changer in there. If you want to hex edit you can, but if you want to just click a few buttons. Then use the page pool changer.

It is all a personal preference. both methods will work though.

Re: 12/22/08 Conflippers Alltel Touch Pro ROM (5.2.20759 Build 20759) UC

Hey Con,

First bug I've noticed so far: Tried to install backup archive of my contacts that I always make with SPB Backup. Says backup is complete and reboots, but I dont have any signa after the reboot. The signal bars are just a dot, kind of like the phone sometimes shows on bootup, except they usually go away and signal strength bars display. I've managed to duplicate this twice so far. Any thoughts?

Re: 12/22/08 Conflippers Alltel Touch Pro ROM (5.2.20759 Build 20759) UC

Con

played with your ROM i guess a couple of hours now. i'm heading to bed, but i wanted to let you know it's definitely snappier and so far more stable than the alpha copy you had up.

i will say though, at least compared to stock (because this is my first custom ROM on the TP) there still seems to be a memory leak for me. As with your alpha copy, all i did was hook up my exchange email, made a few brightness settings, and basically that's it.

With Stock, if the X-button was utilized correctly, i'd always be around 33-35% of memory used. I think yours was like 124mb on boot with only 31% used, but some browsing of some programs, reading some news on opera and i'm now at 48% with only like 105 free. All programs are closed out. i haven't checked to see if it's the touch flo, and i hate to compare to stock because i didn't like it, but at least with stock, i could always pretty much go back with the same memory free i had at boot.

any ideas?? dude..sorry to bring it up..other than that...GREAT rom!!

I didnt see the memory leak, I let it sit there earlier today for 2 hours, and it stay right at 35%. it could be opera causing it. not closing out all the way. I will look into this though. Thanks for letting me know.

tenthirty- not sure what would be causing this, i never used sbp, so i am not sure what would cause it or anything like that. I can try and play around and see what i can find out though.
