Quick question.. I have an Alltel pro flashed to Con's latest and the Telus radio that I'm going to need to send back for warranty replacement. I found the alltel stock rom and the relocker, but I don't see the radio. Are they going to see that it is on the Telus radio now? The radio wouldn't be included in the stock ROM on this site would it?

I asked Con that in an earlier post in this thread, but he didn't answer me. Maybe you'll have better luck? You might search xda developers, too.

I'm having issues installing cab files now that I've flashed to Con's rom (meaning that I can click on them within the file explorer and the Up and Menu buttons disappear). I can click on the X and I guess it closes the installation, but it just appears that installation isn't happening. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something I should know?

Other than that, good job on the rom Con. It's much easier/faster than the stock Alltel rom.

For the pagepool search for this string. 03 15 a0 03 06 16 a0 13 00. it will find you something around the offset 0007Ae60. this will be where you need to change it.

There is no offficial radio from alltel touch pro at this time. i would suggest flashing to the 1.03.15f radio. this was on the alltel diamond, and i do not think they would notice anything different.

Con, i hear everyone talking about 1.03.15f for Alltel, but my stock was 1.03.16f. I never hear anyone talking about the .16 f.

You mentioned several posts back that the reason the data was constantly restarting itself was something to do with the slide to answer. i unchecked the slide to answer..soft resetted and even hard resetted, and slide to answer still is active when i answer calls (not against it..kind of cool), so the check button in the "advanced" settings doesn't seem to affect if slide to answer works or not.

just wanted to pass it on.

I have a new slide2Answer from the leaked sprint rom. and it fixes everything. data now goes grey and everything. I posted it in a diamond thread. here is the link for the attachement though

give that a shot and it should fix your data arrows from going grey.
