I'm going to be replacing the custom Splash screen on the next release to make it not so crowded and here is a preview. What do you guys think?

If you want to use it now you can is already named and sized all you have to do is replace it on the /windows root folder with TC or Resco explorer.

not quite, looks like imageshack doesn't want to save the image as welcomehead.192.png
i even tried downloading it, renaming it, and re-uploading it... and imageshack changed the name on me...
so here's the functional link to the image, but if you want to use it, be sure you rename it (add the dot)
