Re: JD's ROM with Custom Pagepools + Controlled Battery Testing Results
Add the your phone to your insurance claim and they should replace it (if you have full coverage)

Re: JDTP5.1 and JDTPL1 with Custom Pagepools + Controlled Battery Testing Results
have full coverage butthe deductable is more than the damage. driver that hit me paid me what it would cost to replace hatch and bumper and deductable for sprint insurance. was just dumb luck and my leg might have jerked in anticipation helping pop it up

Re: JDTP5.1 and JDTPL1 with Custom Pagepools + Controlled Battery Testing Results
Can someone please take a moment and explain what raising the page pool does? Also, what's the difference between dynamic and static page pools? Will I see a difference if I raise the page pool?

Re: JDTP5.1 and JDTPL1 with Custom Pagepools + Controlled Battery Testing Results
i think page pool is kinda like the way virtual memory works on the pc (in this case storage memory instead of hard drive) therefore the more the merrier right? some complain about battery life on the 48 mb i have a 24 and im happy might consider a 36 next time i flash. and the difference between dynamic and static is.....dynamic is OS controlled where as static is strictly that amount assigned. i can definitely say i notice a difference in speed with increased page pool

Re: JDTP5.1 and JDTPL1 with Custom Pagepools + Controlled Battery Testing Results
I am currently using the JDTP5.1 Dynamic 48mb PP and its been perfect thus far. Very snappy when doing my normal functions, going into inbox, opening Opera, replying to SMS, etc. So far I have had no issues to report and the battery life has been steady. By this time in the day (4:30pm) I would be missing 1 bar from the battery meter. Right now I have a full meter showing. Its great.....
Thank you!! |
