I am having the same issue!! I am thinking that it might be because I received a brand new device from the insurance company. Does anyone know if the issue I have is a new issue because of rom updates that sprint may have done to the stock rom?

Is this on XP or Vista? Do you have activesync installed if it's XP? Are you putting the phone into diagnostics mode first? ##DIAG#

to load drivers, goto device manager and find your device

then right click and choose update drivers, if prompted "no, not at this time"
install from a specific location, then browse to the drivers

like razor pointed out, you need to be in DIAG mode for CDMA Workshop to recognize the device...
you might try the drivers from QPST or QXDM (credit goes to conflipper for these links)

Running EnergyROM, I can not get a connection with Activesync. I had no problems with MR4 and MR5. Now I just want to reset my MSL, but I can not get CDMA Workshop to recognize my TP

huh? This thread is for help on how to flash your phone with a custom rom or radio. Are you wanting to change the background picture on your touchflo3d home screen?

hi, my htc have a 6.1 how to down load 6.5. May be the new version will help this mobile right now this phone is not good at all . sprint tv not working picture mail not working this is too much for me to take. i just dont know what to do.

I wasnt sure which thread to put this in because its not specific to one rom. I've been through 3 roms: Silence v3.3, MightyRom 06.09.09, and now Calkulins clean rom. But my tp always shows the rom version as ATR 3.0. Its listed that way on the RUU before i flash and on the device information. Has this ever happened to anyone before?
