OK, i need some help. i know what i'm doing and have been flashing roms since DCD started his magic with the titan. but i don't know what i'm doing wrong and i know it's something stupid and small that i'm missing, but can't figure it out.

i downloaded JD's kitchen and built myself a rom because i want to try out 6.5. i check off all the stuff i want and don't want and let it play. the RUU pops up and i put my phone into bootloader mode and plug in my usb cable. i hit the OK buttons twice and then the RUU says it can't communicate with my phone and i have to exit. i've tried like 4 times and i can't figure whats wrong. can anyone help?
