How To Flash Your Touch Pro

i have been all over this thread and ppc and spj for the stock rom for alltel touch pro and am still not seeing what i need. I dl'd a .exe file from the thread above. Is that what I needed? it has a tp icon. (fyi im about to flash and just wanted the stock for a backup)

ok i'm gonna over simplify the process for a minute. disclaimer: please read this !!!

Step 1. Unlock
Step 2. Flash Custom Rom
Step 3. Enjoy !!!
