windows XP, please post the real one if its not the one im supposed to be using. I have definatley used the unlocker. so thats not the problem....

i would say follow other instructions since they have already flashed i havent flashed it yet and plan on making my own tonight and either flashing tonight or tomorrow when i get home.

I'm uploading a .rar file that all you have to do is click on ROMUpdateUtility.exe and it should complete... Also, is the phone unlocked and active sync has already been done?

yeah, everything is done as it should be done when trying to flash a rom....
