SWEEET! it started to flash, but messed up at 1 percent....
EDIT: it says on the RUU: "This Update Utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone. Please check your Update Utility."

Holy crap does TF3D load fast!!! Very nice work! I'm going to be playing with it all day tomorrow at work... ehh... I mean in a few hours.... But so far so good! The start up is faster and the phone feels and seems a ton snappier!
I just gotta disable that sound when the HTC logo appears... Thanks a ton JD!
