I flashed using the Sprint/HTC website one. Then flashed back to stock radio(or shipped radio), then used the relocker. Just want to make sure its all set!

when you flash an official (shipped) rom, it does the radio too, so you shouldn't have flashed a radio.
all you have to do is flash a shipped rom, then flash the relocker.
then double check to make sure that the relocker took by looking at the SPL version on the bootloader screen.
0.37.0000 = locked
0.37.cmonex = unlocked

Also...since you flashed the newest official (shipped) rom off the htc website, then you should have radio version 1.12.34f

Efff. So I have the wrong radio =x. Do I need to unlock, flash correct radio, relock? And yes it says 0.37.0000.

you don't have to unlock. just flash the official rom again

And what are the chances of them replacing my phone still? The battery AND front hard keys both died on me. Then they started working again(Mind you, after I bought the new Palm Pre for $270), then they stopped working again. Then I turn it on today, and voila, working again. If I explain this to them, what are the chances of them believing me? It's the truth, but who knows what they believe. I wonder if I show them how I bought the new Hero just because of it, if they'll believe that.

And it's activated on my other line right now, so it does have insurance/TEP.

there's a 1 year warranty on it, so you should just be able to call them and explain and they can send you a warranty replacement. or you can go online and do it. there's plenty of threads covering this in the TP forum, so you can read up on other peoples experiences with this.

Well I didn't buy the Touch Pro new. A friend of mine got a brand new sealed one as a part of his 1 year warranty, and sold it to me. So I have no receipts or anything, and don't talk to the guy anymore. I'll just go into the store and see what's up. Tell him the whole truth, and see what happens.

sorry but i'm new to all this.. I have a sprint htc touch pro and i installed silence rom wm6.5 and now i want to return to stock. can someone post a link where to go and explaining how this is done? i have no clue what a dumped version is or ruu or pretty much any other acronym! thanks very much
