i downloaded the StockSprintHermanOSBigstorageRUU_dumped but dont know where to go from there. can someone please help. i want the sprint rom bak!

The instructions on how to flash a rom are here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=43266

Why don't you use the sprint shipped rom? It's easier to flash that one.

im dling now. im just used to having the RUU file there and just flashing the new rom on the phone. the one i dled just had a nbh and im not that familiar with that kind of file. does the shipped one have the RUU where i just click and flash?

Yes, it has the ruu all built in. It comes as an exe file that you just open and it will start the flash process.
