Thank you. That worked great. I was searching every key word except "shipped" when looking for the OEM ROM. I was doing the same method but I guess my ROM wasn't a "shipped" one.

I just got a New TP and I am trying to unlock with the .37 I am getting a upgrade error and a Connection problem..But all connection is great. Activesync is connected and all. Help!

did you follow the "Preparations" and "instructions" in post 1? Have you tried this, click Start-Settings-Connections-USB to PC, then check or uncheck the box under activesync.

Had a buddy flash the phone which worked on his Verizon HTC Touch Pro, but on mine with the SPL-).35.CMONEX screen I do not get a USB connection at the bottom. Rather, the red green blue screen shows Serial. I now can not connect to the computer to perform update. Am I in trouble?
