So question here.... I have a TP from US Cellular and running my email thru the activesync process wirelessly. Am I able to still go thru this process and not mess any of that up? Not to mention being able to set up the data again?

TIA

For some reason when I attempt to run the exe it crashes immediately saying that there was an issue an the program needs to close, is there only supposed to be one file in the zip folder or more?

It's built into the unlocker. When you run the unlocker exe the ruu will run automatically.

Unlocking your phone does not change any of that. It only allows your phone to be flashed to custom roms or other radios.

Correct, just one file. Have you followed the "Preparations" and "Instructions" in post 1? Are you extracting the zip file first, before you run it?

Re: Touch Pro CDMA Hard-SPL brought to you by CDMA Raphael Elite Team

I've tried to run this installer a couple of times. Almost as soon as my screen goes tri color, Active Sync disconnects and then an error pops up in the installer saying the USB connection was lost and the installer still shows 0% complete. But, when I restart in bootloader mode, I do get the tri color screen that says SPL-0.37.0000. So, is this the way this is supposed to install or is there something wrong?

Thanks!!!

Your not suppose to get any error message. Which file in post #1 are you using? Have you tried this? start-settings-connections-usb to pc, then uncheck the box under activesync. then try it again

Thanks for all the help guys. I personally prefer the SD card way to unlock.

Re: Touch Pro CDMA Hard-SPL brought to you by CDMA Raphael Elite Team

This worked fine on my Mogul a couple of years ago, but having issues on the TP.

I run the "Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037" file after establishing activesync. After I click through the 'next' screens, the phone drops to the tricolor bootloader (not the comex one) and just stays there.

I tried turning off the "Advanced Network" checkbox... same thing.

I tried running the SSPLManual.exe file and then running the ROMUpdateUtility after it goes into the bootloader, but the RUU just errors out that it can't connect.

Any ideas?
