Well after digging into it to see what it's tweaking, to my surprise it's nothing more than what other similar cabs do. Well, I do see an improvement, so if anyone wants to try feel free to go ahead. I will also attach the txt file listing the registry entries it tweaks.

Thanks for this.. I installed this and I have noticed so far that my phone is a lot cooler than before. I'm not sure yet if this will have any effect on my battery life, but I'll keep ya posted.

**Update** After installing this last night... I charged my battery full this morning and have used my phone a good amount with a few long calls, txts, and emails.... and I'm still at 80%... At this rate I'm convinced this cab is a life saver!

are you using HTC Sense or the windows default? [i'm assuming they affect battery life to some extent...]

Twisted, if you decide to make any updates, I think you should keep a link to this one, because with all the fixes, this is absolutely solid. I really dunno how you are going to get me to update from this one cause I am absolutely satisfied! Thanks again!

I'll agree with this! This is by far the best Rom that I have tried. I've done a few mods to it, but overall the stability is amazing.

I also agrees. This is one of the best Rom anywhere. I have tried most of the roms on this forum. With the minor fixes, this Rom is definitely the best out there.

You might try to flash dance. Becuz if file explorer isn't installed then you have a bad flash.
As far as the extra icons I will remove them.
I've never had a lock up problem.
As far as kinks are conserned........Please show me a ROM without them.

Yeah the dialer is gonna be one of my biggest target areas on the next release. I want it to be perfect. Even if it is an older one.
