Firstly ensure that you are on the latest release of SKIROM. Build 122309. This is important. Also, please when you post issues, which I want everyone to do, list the ROM and build number. Without this info all answers are just guesses.
Seems like monikers/abbreviations go well on PPCGeeks so I will create one:

List your MMS: make, model and serial number

1. What carrier are you on? The default carrier MMS setting on this ROM is Sprint, although most of them are already there. You just have to select the correct default.

2. That is usually indicative of a mod having been applied which is not compatible. I have posted here before that you should take caution with the mods on top of MaxDusk. Very iffy. If you want to apply your own mod I suggest the M2.5 Standard version.

3. Landscape ONLY works on three tabs as has been mentioned here before. Messaging

All three by using the gsensor and just rotating your phone.
The exception is landscape HTC Classic messaging. to get this, open a text message like you are going to start a new one or replying to one. Then just open the keyboard.

EDIT2: I notice that you changed the top right icons from the green and black ones you used in the previous build. I kind of liked the all green and black "theme" you used previously. Is there a cab to put those back?

The Standard ROM will stay with those taskbar icons. The green ones are drom the Dusk theme. Search XDA for Dusk taskbar icons.

Also, I goofed a bit on the animated splash on the Standard ROM. It says Sense 2.1. Ignore for now, it's 2.5. I'll get it rectified.

EDIT: Also have a prob w/ opera. I can't close it out. When I hit menu in Opera, nothing happens. have to hit home hadr button, then close it out thru task mgr.

Opera fix: Open opera from the start menu and click accept. Now you'll get the correct menus.

When in the Album and moving a picture you must click the center D-pad to bring up the menu. Otherwise, you may think your device is locked up. Limitation of the Album port from the LEO.

If you mean in the phone, open all messages from the messaging tab. Click on menu and scroll down to mms settings. Go to the server tab, select your carrier and set as default.
If you mean for your carrier, Google my friend, Google.

I meant in the phone... having issues with MMS sending and receiving.

I hope you have good luck with Alltel and MMS. I constantly read on forums of Alltel MMS issues.

Re-flashing and having the same issue does not prove it wasnt the flash. Without re-writing the radio you could still have files written to the wrong location.
That ROM is lighting quick in all aspects. You may want to try to flash to stock, hard reset, flash SKI, hard reset. This process re-writes the radio and gives a much better chance of having a good ROM set up. It is not required by any means, but when issues like yours arise it may help.

As long as you are dancing you should come on up to the 12-25 build.

So now that I now your build, I am definitely not seeing those Album issues.
Now I need to ask-when are you trying to go to Landscape. This is a Manila 2.5 ROM that does not have FULL Landscape. The Landscape features it does have-Album & Music by turning the phone work well. Opera and Messaging work in Landscape without issue.
Other features like Google Map will work in the Horizontal plane by rotating the screen-long press send key.
Hope that helps and while the 12-25 is a small upgrade, I'd recommend it.
Note you will see "Sense 2.1" in the Start up animation but ignore that, ahuskins is aware.
