Just some of the things that I noticed, but the more I look the more it appears that you have left no stone unturned.
  • Folders - As many ROMS do
  • Wait Cursor - Like a Green fill up Bar
  • The Task Icon match the theme
  • E-mail Icons
  • Built-in Sashimi support
  • Themed media player
  • QuickMenu for Task management on COM3 + builds

Have you ever looked at this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=503060
What you have in there from a Sashimi option is pretty good, but is pretty high on the complexity level. Not that it matters. But the XDA_UC may be easier.

Versioning
If you look at Juicy's threads, he also did a pre-released of the inventory of the new ROM.
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=80683

Right now he has a section called "In Development".
For example, you could list out updates.
  • Office 2010 Beta
  • Skyfire 1.5
  • Font - Candara
  • Swype

I have ran most of the ROMs in this forum, I still like the Energy ROMs because of customizations. I now have been really, really impressed with your ROM! Keep out the good work!
Thank you for your comments!
Good idea about "In Development" Along those lines:

SKI_ROM v4.0 Build 12xx09
[+] Skyfire 1.5
[+] Office 2010 Beta
[+] Swype (only as an additional SIP option)

Will update posts 1-3.
Thanks again!

Great, IMO. Obviously it will depend on usage but I use it for calls, sms, email (4 accounts), browsing, and occasional GPS and I would consider battery life to be excellent. You may agree, you may not. As with any ROM, run it for a few days to get a true picture of battery life.

Re: [ROM] SKI-ROM v4.0 Build 122009 CE OS 5.2.28011 M2.5 - Sashimi Compliant

Sorry, not directly related to this ROM but someone could help me... I never used Sashimi. I always set everything manually after each flash. I would like to learn it to use it as much as possible to simplify each flash. Do you have a link to a great tutorial, visual if possible. I found 2 or 3 web sites but they are all very deep in technical things so it is very difficult for a newbie. I would like a tutorial/site that shows real life examples.

If some of you know good links, I would greatly appreciate.

Thanks.

OK. I'm flashing a lot these times and I'm tired to do everything by hand at each time.

The link that drdrewdown gave me seems really great. I'm looking at it.

What about your dialer? Is it the Rhodium Dialer/Tachi phone canvas? Any plans for Dusk Rhodium Dialer or any of the other canvas?

Another thing to check out - Set Volume:
