Re: [ROM] SKI-ROM v4.0 Build 122509 CE OS 5.2.28011 M2.5/M2.1 - Sashimi Compliant

Which version of the Dusk Taskbar cab are you using. I know that there are several different versions released for several different WM builds.

Re: [ROM] SKI-ROM v4.0 Build 122509 CE OS 5.2.28011 M2.5/M2.1 - Sashimi Compliant

One problem I seem to have on every build of this ROM. My email works for a 4-6 hours and then gets stuck in "Disconnecting..." and will no longer function after that. Meaning that everything works fine, but after 6 hours mail will no longer download to the phone, the "send/receive" button will not do anything and if I look in the inbox it perpetually says "Disconnecting..." at the bottom. EVEN AFTER SOFT RESET the inbox is still stuck on "disconnecting". The only solution I can find is to remove the email account and redo it.

I'm currently running 123009 standard with maxmaila 2.5 installed.

I have ran SKI-ROM now since he dropped it and I have yet to have that problem and I haven't flash danced unless coming from another chefs ROM. BUT it is always a possibility that a full flashdance is in order when you experiance something this odd... Are you loading your email addresses manually or by a back up ap, such as pim, spb or sashimi?

I'm loading it in manually. For the latest release I used no backup/restore utility and set everything up manually and restored all of my contacts via autosync.

I'll dig through the thread to find the procedure for the "dance", I haven't done it before.

Also for the PRL try using Calkulin Sprint Update PRL & Profile, let me know if you need the attachment. It works on this ROM.

Not sure what the Calkulin update is...something I need? Or are you referring to someone else?

I'm running Sense 2.1 123009. I've found that the 2.5 VGA cab in this XDA thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=583161) fixes the silly clock flip that happens every time you return to the home screen.

Not to rush you...but when do you think the next rom release will be? I need to flash soon but I can wait a day or 2.
