Sorry Bro, dont think so. If it's a bad flash or DL then there isn't anything to install or replace. You have to decide if the issue is bad enough to go through a re-do. IMO it is because while that may be the only issue you are seeing so far, some other gremlins may start creeping in from the bad flash.
Consider it good practice :)
Are you using Sashimi? If not, look into it, it is a vital tool IMO for us flash-aholoics to get us back up and running quickly.
Good luck.

Well, I did the dance and am now running the Sense 2.1 ROM. I like it so far, it's pretty snappy, definitely faster than Inda's 2.5.

Just wondering if anyone knows how to get the Winmo 6.5 auto-lock screen?

On the 12-30-09 build I can no longer scroll to the MaxManilla Settings no more / Cant change the ugly default BG4ALL wallpaper

also the full query keyboard seems to be stuck in number pad mode how do I change it back to normal?

Awesome! Are you on roots or ahuskin's 2.1 ROM?

A little late on this one, but I'm running both. Ski is rock solid on my personal TP, and I just loaded Root on my biz pro 2 days ago. So far there seems to be no hickups in roots, fast & stable, and the differences are mainly cosmetic (icon sets, programs etc).

Battery life on ski's is the best, even better than indi's. I won't know about roots until I get back to work were I put the battery to the test. In the first 6hrs of use I roam for 4 hour, play mp3's for 2 hrs and stream audio for 2hrs, beside normal phone use. So I get a good idea of battery life pretty quick.

I'm sure your going to be happy ether way. Good luck

Are your issues straight from flash or did those features work then stop working?

How are you trying to access the MaxManilla settings? For 2.7 you need to scroll up/down, not left/right.

How are you trying to change the background? Works fine for me. I go to either the Menu soft key on the Home tab or from the Settings tab. I posted awhile back that you may need to toggle through the Wallpaper settings on the MaxManila settings to see the change but of course you'd need to be able to access those settings first :)

There's no trick to changing from ABC to numerics and/or symbols and back, same as usual.

Based on your post I cant tell if you got a bad flash or if you might have installed something that broke things. The ROM is stable as any I've tried so your issues are fixable, just need some more info. Post back.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find anything through search. For some reason I can't download from hotfile using opera mobile 10 beta. I am trying to download so I can flash from my sd card. has anyone else had this issue and come up with a solution.

Just to explain more. I can see the file on hotfile. it shows the countdown timer for free download....once the timer counts down to 0, i dont get any other options. It looks like maybe the page is hanging. Sadly enough my laptop crashed, so my only way to dl the rom is from my tp. I also tried using pocket IE, which cant even load the hotfile page.

Skyfire worked for me. Scratch that It was the IRIS browser that worked for me.

Something looks off in your screenshot but I want to confirm it on my device.
That screenshot is in Landscape or Portrait?
And it is MaxDusk correct?
