I was running empi-rom before, which I liked and had read that alot of people went to this rom from it and were happy. Again, I think this rom is good over all, I really like the battery life, it looks nice, it's smooth and quick.

Ane yes, I did use the "Remove Location" option from the menu key and the location that appears on the homescreen with the clock is not listed. I removed all of the locations and added my local one. My local one is the only one listed for removal.

The MaxManila mod is a Manila 2.5 mod. Dont know that'll work with 2.1. IMO I doubt it.
As far as ahuskins suggestion, do you mean this post:

In it he's suggesting to add the mod to the Standard ROM (2.5), havent seen him say anything about adding it to Sense 2.1.
