Re: [ROM] SKI-ROM v4.0 Build 122109 CE OS 5.2.28011 M2.5 - Sashimi Compliant

The other advantages of Sense 2.1 is it will be very modable with some old 2.1 mods and some new mods.
I tried my panoramic walls and they work perfect.
Slider mods should work with some graphic adjustments.
It is a very low memory rom that should work great for vzw users.
It is very fast as well.

Try a Sense 2.1 rom and see.
ahushkins will probably cook one soon as well.

The main thing you need to worry about is flashing a cdma rom to cdma device or gsm rom to gsm device.
If it matches the device it should be fine.

I did I ran it I just couldn't get over the missing stuff. Anyone currently running a standard ROM what is it manila 2.0 it would definitely be a worthy upgrade.

Don't get me wrong its very nice and fast.

My bad I thought you were in Sprint for some reason. That question I do not know the answer to.

I guess I just miss the the people tab, the twitter tab, and foot prints (when it works). Just Sense 2.5 has so many more options available. I guess a sense 2.1 is perfect for road warriors. Just my 2 cents, please continue...
It's realy a speed and stability vs. special features with slight instability and bugs. Some ol' school dudes like the more basic and trusty stuff. Some of us dig the cutting edge and can live with cooties. I have been impressed though by the new 2.1 ROMs I have tried and have enjoyed the change of pace so to speak......plus it gives me even more to flash! THE beautiful thing is these Chefs are cooking 2.5 and 2.1 and now the Hybrid 2.1 for EVERYONE to have there cake and eat it as well. Very considerate I say.

Ok we have established your feelings for the new 2.1. but is a 2.0 reference realy needed? I think these guys deserve a little better. Ahuskins, Root & NRG are all cooking the new 2.1 and all are still cooking standard and themed jams as well....almost daily. Why make a fuss over it if you have other options. Don't get me wrong bro....just my 2c. Feliz Navidad!

I think Twitter and other tabs are posible on 2.1 and will probably be added at some point.
Not a big deal because there are so many Twitter apps.
