Is there any reason that I need 1.5.2 or and I just stick with 1.2.3?
Should I install a backup or is it fine that I'm re-rooting with an image on?

Anyone getting an error while surfing the internet that says "Data connectivity problem" " The connection to the server was unsuccessful" Im still able to surf but some images dont show up on the pages.

I flashed Modaco and just came back to fresh 1.1. Didnt have this issue before.

EDIT: Ok, im thinking it is a dolphin browser issue. I uninstalled it and just tried using the default browser. No issues. Ill try reinstalling dolphin and see what happens.

got that error with fresh, modaco and stx while using dolphin. im thinking it has to do with the hosts file used to block ads. gives you an error when the browser goes to a website with ads, it pulls the website fine but the ads have the data connect problem

This may not be the right place for this, and I apologize if it's not, but since doing what I mentioned above -Using Auto-root to downgrade from 1.5.2 to 1.2.3, my wifi tethering no longer works. It worked fine yesterday. I've tried uninstalling 1.6 thats on fresh rom and installing the newer one but I get the same thing....it hangs on "Identifying.." After awhile it will connect but it shows it as "Unidentified network" (windows 7).

I've read about a lot of people unable to get this working, but I thought it was strange that it was working fine yesterday, then after the Auto-root to 1.2.3 it stoppped.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well I uninstalled dolphin and reinstalled, No issue now.

I recently started to have a problem where the phone would no longer respond to the power button and pulling battery was the only solution. I'm on 1.1 and did a clean wipe prior to installation. Also flipz, what do u thinl about 1.6 for the hero? Can u port the sense UI to it or is it nearly impossible?

Edit: I couldn't find the teeter on apk file but I verified that it's in the .2 kitchen for you.
