I just wiped from flashing most of the 2.1 ROM's and flashed Fresh1.1 back on again. No issues, or hassles. Still waiting on a 2.1 that fixes Bank of America and has live wallpaper. (Or in a couple weeks I will have my phone that Google is sending me for having a popular app, and then I will be happy with Fresh 1.1 as my WiFi router while I play with a real 2.1 phone.)

No issues or hassles until you want to get a paid or copy-protected app from the market.

Would restoring to a nandroid backup that was made with the phone stock (rooted of course) fix this?

no. its a server side issue with Google. that's why you get the "congratulations on your new nexus 1" email.

can you guide me on how to flash it? i tried and 2.0b and when i did the restore it went back to 1.1 but when i tried without restore it worked but i dont got my apps and stuff..

A restore is used to revert back to the previous rom you backed up. Not to backup applications. If you backup 1.1 then flash 2.0b. Then restore, it will take you back (like a timemachine) and put you back on the 1.1 rom. If you want 2.0b you will have to reinstall the apps; If they came from the market, open up market and click downloads. It will show all the apps you used to have. Just click each one to download and install.

hey not trying to step in anybodys toes or anything noob to hero a wm junkie just swapped to hero is this a pretty reliable rom or is there many bugs that should make me feel like going back to stock??and after i root and flash can i go back to factory defaults for any warranty purposes with out a big chance of a brick??
