Re: [ROM] 04/13/10 | Fresh Rom 2.0d (Android 2.1) | Rosie LWP w/Espresso + OpenGL Fix

I am having a problem with one of my three email accounts; I am running Fresh 2.0d. Of course I have Gmail setup and I have no issue there. I also have my Exchange server setup for push mail and again, no problems. But my third (and final) account is not showing messages. It is for my personal domain (rainfreak.com) and I am quite certain that the settings are correct, since it is a co-lo server that I am administrator on, and also because I receive no errors when setting it up on my Hero. I am using IMAP and know that I have new emails (checked from desktop mail client) but the mail app on my Hero is not showing any messages.

Anyone have any ideas?

I haven't had one single random restart since I flashed this on Friday. I would go back to stock, wipe, and reflash.

Neither have I, in fact I haven't restarted my phone at all since I first installed it, and I don't even remember when that was.

The only thing I have found is that in Google navigation the map is not showing up. This might be just me, but I have more testing to do.

Seems to be a problem with LWP. Once I removed it, the map showed up.

Re: [ROM] 04/13/10 | Fresh Rom 2.0d (Android 2.1) | Rosie LWP w/Espresso + OpenGL Fix

First of all this rom is pretty awesome. I only had my Hero for a day and couldn't stand stock 1.5 till i rooted and put this rom on. I'm still kind of new to this and have only had one problem with the rom. When i'm using my wireless headset listening to music the connection goes in and out. I don't think its my headset cause i came from a TP2 and could walk pretty far from my phone before i'd lose connection. For some reason with the Hero though I can have it in my pocket and i still lose connection. Any ideas of what might cause this? Is there some sort of app that can increase the bluetooth chips performance. I've searched all over but can't find nothing on it. Thanks for the help

.May I ask who your provider is? If its yahoo i've heard of people having problems. Also try this thread I found maybe the settings just need to be tweaked a little bit manually http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=117959

Thanks for your reply. The provider is me, I co-lo a server and host web and mail on it for customers and myself. I have double checked all of the settings and they are 100% correct. This is driving me crazy, and a lot of people have that email and I am missing messages because I don't get them as fast as I used to.

Do you or anyone else know how well Moxier mail works on the Hero with Fresh 2.0d? I would be willing to give that a try, if needed, but I don't want to make a bad situation worse.
