Unroot and flash stock rom or it may let you just update.your new phone will be unrootable until a root is found.

I cant get my bootloader to say s-on for the life of me. I have tried multiple radios and cannot get the unrevoked s-on it stick. It says update successful when I flash it.....

Well this tutorial is perfect. There is also a site called sickdevice.blogspot.com which has free software and they also have custom phones and devices. Just click on their download page at the bottom.

Does chrome to phone work on this Rom? Mine stoped working around the time i upgraded. Logged into gmail on both sides. Like it otherwise.

Just helping spread the word for all of those guys who are currently shackled by the new bootloader...

They now have root for the Evo 4G Gingerbread with the new bootloader (hboot 2.16). If you're like me and had to get a new Evo because your old one bought the farm, and it came loaded with the hboot 2.16, you were SOL. But now you can be FREE again Thanks to Revolutionary for finding the exploit, and thanks to ocnbrze for making this quick rooting guide.

Randomly rebooting, not sure what the problem is. Re-flashed the ROM after doing a full wipe (data, cache, dalvik) and the same problem persists.

-> Freedom 0.8 kernel
-> OMJ 2.3.3 deodexed v2.0

Any way to disable the mobile view on the internet? I tried to disable it and even reboot and a lot of my sites if not all still show mobile versions.
