I can't receive picture mail and I the HDMI doesn't work. Other than that, it's an amazing build!!!!

Picture Mail (MMS) not working is a known issue, Deck is working on it. Not sure about HDMI though, haven't tried it on my phone yet.

Did you try the HDMwIn app from the market? It's free and it's what I use to do HDMI on my TV

'Vignette' is a feature loaded camera app which I use that lets you access the full pixel/zoom capacity of the camera

the focus is not too great compared to MIUI Camera

no reason to need front facing camera unless you are using your phone as a mirror. use the factory camera app for that. otherwise gtalk with video should put that front camera to good use.
