I can't think of any other reasons why you can't video call with custom roms yet you can on a stock rom. You really should flash the S-On tool by unrevoked and unroot by flashing the stock ota 3.70 rom AGAIN. This will put you back to fresh out of box condition. Test, then reroot but this time start by flashing a different rom that DOES NOT include the radios because you will already have them from flashing the new ota 3.70 sprint ruu. This is what i would do if I were you.
I flashed the img.zip file I am still rooted it says s off ...how can I flash a rom that doesn't include radios and such.. don't it come when you root with unrevookeed?

I used the all in one to root

Re: [ROM] 01/26/11 | SPRINT LOVERS | 2.2 | 3.70.651.1 | Radio/Wimax/PRI All-In-One

I'm new to the ROM flashing game. This is the first one I've tried, and I love it. Everything is so smooth, and the ability to remove certain Sprint apps is greatly appreciated.

I'd like to play with themes too. Do they need to be designed specifically for this ROM, or can I use any that I see out there? In particular, I want to change the 3-button bar at the bottom, just because I think the "+" button is a waste.

You have to use root explorer or another file explorer that allows you to view files on the phone. Astro only allows viewing of files on the SD card.

Does anybody know how to resolve this problem? I really want to run this rom but it refuses to flash. I have RA recovery 2.2.1, Hboot 2.10, hardware version 0003. Thanks in advance.
Aman Ra now requires you to toggle signature verification when you use an unsigned rom. You will see that prompt when you select install a .zip from SD card.

Re: [ROM] 01/26/11 | SPRINT LOVERS | 2.2 | 3.70.651.1 | Radio/Wimax/PRI All-In-One

Great ROM and Work.

I just installed this ROM and have a couple questions and suggestions:

1) Is the Sprint WIFI Tether App safe to use with out it enabled on your account?

2) Which Wifi Tether App is better, the Wifi Tether Rooted or the Sprint one?

3) I'm getting com.htc.bg has stopped unexpectedly. This may be due to some things I Froze with Titanium Backup. But possibly not. Any ideas?

4) Can I call the Reboot Menu App from a Shortcut? Otherwise I must install QuickBoot.

Suggestions: I know you are trying to keep things light weight but...

1) Consider adding GingerBread 2.3 Keyboard (uninstallable).

2) Consider adding QuickBoot from Market. Less Clicks for a Quick Reboot (uninstallable).

3) Consider adding Rom Manager (uninstallable)

4) Consider adding Titanium Backup (uninstallable)

Just my two cents, but I think Chris' idea was to keep the ROM as stock as possible but at the same time adding a little extra functionality. All those apps, like you mentioned, are available via the Market for those that want it.

This worked perfectly!! TY!! I was going nutz waiting for things to load.

On a different note I have noticed a few things that I hope either Chris or someone can help answer.
#1 I have noticed that it takes an extremely long time for all my apps to load off the SD card... is this because I'm still using the "slow" stock card, or something else?

#2 I had to call $print the other day... anyway, I accidentally dialed *2 instead of #2 (Like I thought it was) and doing so force closed the dialer app. Is this a bug in the dialer, or did I find a bug in the ROM?

#3 Not sure that this is related to the ROM, but I use Handsent SMS for my txt'ing and what not. Anytime that I send a msg. in the landscape view (in the quick reply mode) the msg will be sent fine, but when the window closes (to what is supposed to be the home screen) it will always display the Bookmark screen... If I send one in the regular view (phone in the upright direction) it works as advertised... any thoughts?
