I currently have the Changelog 12/21/10 version. If I want to update to the 12/31/10 version, should I just do the Standalone one or the All-in-one??
And if I do the Standalone, do I need to update all the Radios again?
Oh and I've deleted some of Sprint's bloatware...not sure if that will affect anything when doing the standalone.

That is correct. Since I made several changes to the application, it had to be resigned. This means if you want to install the newer version, you have to first uninstall the original one included in the rom. That should solve your issue. The newest 12/31 release has the most current wireless tether application built in which is version 2_0_5.

Is there a difference between the update on the market and what is in your latest ROM update?

You can do either one... its up to you as to which one you do. You shouldn't have to do the radio's again with the standalone as they are now up to date. However the next time a change comes out you will need to do it.

The bloatware will be back again after doing either update it won't hurt anything doing the standalone... it's the nature of the beast... just remove it again... no harm no foul.

My version is themed to look and appear more like it was a stock app in the rom. If you wan tto try the original one and see the difference, download it from market and install it.

I'm curious Chris, just flashed the latest stand alone and under Android Version it shows 2.2, I was pretty sure it was 2.2.1 before. Is this a change or was I seeing something before.

On the 12-31-10 update, what is the "Removed battery tweaks" and is it going to make the battery better with the tweaks removed?

the battery tweak is an undervolting tweak (script) that assist with screen off that allows the phone to rest at a lower setting

I'd like to keep it consistent with your ROM; do you have a flashable update or apk just for the WiFi Hotspot? If not, no big deal.....it works as is so I'm not overly concerned.
